such a any bus pci or what not has only so much band width (like 33 mhz for pci) so one pci device what be running at 33, add another now it is split in half and a third and ur at 11... so on and so forth this is true not matter what...

50 points could be from anything... maybe u have more processes running in the background, have u reformatted yet? such a small number could be caused from a long list of little things
