If you got addicted to Oblivion, never play a MMORPG ever.

Download RivaTuner, go to power user options and set DisableInternalClockTest to 1. You can overclock to any value from RivaTuner, it won't check clocks.

People saying DirectX 10 won't offer much over DX9 are kidding themselves. Just watch Crysis tech video. I think buying a new video card with DX10 in the horizon is a waste.

Oblivion does not use any CD key or copy protection system (except CD check).

Get a 7900GT instead of 7800GTX, its cheaper (300$ i think) and around same performance. Performance of desktop that has X2 4200+/7900GT/Raptor will blow fully decked M170.

WoW CDs are tightly compressed, so even small error can ruin installation. Clean the CDs first, if that doesn't work copy the contents to your harddrive and run installer from there.
