Phase 2 for 18 days here too. Ordered a 5500. But the expected ship date when you configure a system now is much sooner than the original I was given. Hoping to have something new and warm in my lap soon.

I ordered mine on 11-22 with a 12-26-05 ship date on order. Last week, the expected ship dates were 12-19, so I am hoping the earlier estimates are got revised. Still only showing Phase 2, however.....

Had that problem with my refurbished Toshiba {new 5500 is on order}. The AC power-in plug was not real tight and allowed a disruption of power when jostled. Not a problem when the battery is in. I hope this is all it is.

I was dabating on a m5500 or a Sager 5320. The Alienware was about $60 more. The Alienware has a switch between the Intel graphix and the Nvidia 6600 which I figure is worth a few dollrs more {the on-board graphics can take over...

Got it the first day it came out. I don't like shooters, but it was fun for a while. Good graphics. Totally unrealistic, but still fun. Was a little shorter induration than most games I have.

When I get my new 5500, I'll post the results if someone tells me how to get and run the test. Ordered it last night, so it'll be a month or so before it shows up.

The new 5320 has a 533FSB. The 7620 {which I have been looking at} has a 800FSB. How much performance loss is there between a 533 and and 800 FSB?
