Hoverdonkey, if I may... The 'customer/supplier relationship' you're describing is nothing more than a naive and idealistic situation. In the real world, sadly, it doesn't work like that. Believe me I know it should and logically that's what one would think. Keep your customers happy etc etc. There's a big 'however'.
