Z83V will be delayed another week at least, Asus USA received the shippment with wrong power cords. ( Couple of weeks ago they received wrong bluetooth adaptor, USB ones instead of internal ones for Z70Va ) .

The driver should be already installed, no need to install again. Shouldn't be blurry.
