You mind posting a scren shot on it? Also find look at the processes in Task Manager, find the .exe or .dll and google it, and it should tell you exactly what it is, and whether you need it or not.

There is definately something wrong, it does not take a couple of weeks to get 12% battery wear, within 4 months your battery would seem to have 100% wear and would be useless. Contact your reseller, and ASUS regarding this issue, this...
