The thing is, the laptop is sucking air in and your cooler is pulling air out so its causing a vacuum to occur and could be causing the overheating.

I would try making sure you have the most up to date BIOS and drivers. It should not be overheating that often. New paste and a heat sink should have done the trick. Also, are you cleaning it out from dust often? Are you using it on...
