windows cannot natively play Blurays. You will need third party software from windvd, powerdvd, or arcsoft.
sounds like a latency issue. Check for driver updates, audio, video, etc. also check apps running in background.

if you are talking about an aspire One AOA150/110. Those do indeed have integrated memory. to OP, no you cannot remove that memory.
Before you go through too much hassle, does your system even have bluetooth? Most aspires don't, especially older models.
