Well its only the "optimized engine of the game" and not the book. If programmers would spend more time in optimize code instead makin noseshairs visible on charakters - games would be running much smoother at all

I use fraps with most of my games. Thats Dungeon Siege 2, NFS Most wanted, Unreal 2k4, Juiced..... without any problem. Capturing a video is a bit hard cuzz fps suck down, but its ok too.
Powerplay is only active if u use Batterymode. If u pluged in PP is not active. Your prob is simply ur crappy GPU. With the 64MB 9700 u will not be able to play COD even in 640* 480 with lowest details. Hard but true, your book is to...

My 1694 WLMi Bluetooth with the 2.0GHz and 256MB X700 performs ok. Not the best but ok. It runs most Games on 1024* 768 with middle details without AA/ ASF on. Im getting out 40fps in NFS MW on 1024*...
