THe problems running @ 2.26 are:
unable to bump up voltage or lower votage with CHC or NHC as the max x## is 17 @ 1.340 v.
AT default votage, system will crash during stress tests like 3dmark2001 demo/benchmark, sisoft, etc. system...

For that price, I would say invest in an ultra light notebook.
But, I strongly against purchasing any Dell ultra light books because they have no shame comparing...
