hello fellow photographer. i got a friend who is using the dell 9300 WUXGA. he calibrated it with monaco. he mentioend that the color is quite ok.. just gamma have to be exactly 2.2 otherwise it would be washed out.

I now how to get the desktop to extend to the 2nd monitor on my main system using Nvidia 6800ultra.
the nvidia's solution is actually a "single" desktop spilt into 2 screens.
i am trying to do the same on my nx8220's ATI...
I just did the comprehensive HDD test. everything a-OK.
since this is my thread. the nx8220 with PB993A(external battery.). i just did a CPU burn-in v1.01.
w/o PB993A = 66 degrees
w/ PB993A = 76 degrees.
i wonder if the cpu is...
i just did a full surface scan. came up with 96kb bad sectors. should i go back to HP and get a HDD swap? or dont bother about it? only worry that it would be like a cancer.. just gets bigger and bigger.
