No. The TBred Sempron uses socket A.
Mobile Sempron uses Socket 754.
Sempron (K7 TBred) does not have the memory controller built-in.

To my knowledge, there isn't a "Radeon 9600 IGP". Therefore shared memory is unlikely. The only place that listed the notebook with shared memory is Amazon anyways. NewEgg and Buy.com both lists the notebook with Radeon 9600...

If it does have M10 64mb then it'd be an awesome deal. GF is looking for a cheap lappy and I think this is it.

Interestingly enough, the OM states that the notebook uses SiS integrated video, but NewEgg and Buy.com both lists M10 64mb.
