Chances are you have bulletproof setup correctly, but you are not forwarding port 21 (or whatever port you are using) to your local PC. This is a great website that has direction and even screenshots of how to do this on most commercial...
Ok, I'll bite and give it a try...
I had this same problem and was able to fix by changing the compatibility mode on the autorun.exe to Windows 2000. Just thought I'd share another fix.
Whoa!... I am going to have to take my 9300 apart and try tightening those screws... this has been driving me nuts... I even turned down the subwoofer, which helps slightly... but THIS would rock it solves it.
