Here's how I did it. Download WinRAR or something similar. Right click the .exe file you download from ATI Unzip them into a folder. Click to Update your driver, and do the whole "I'll choose where they are" thing Click...

I have a freezing problem... but I don't think that it is a 100% cpu problem. Anyways, I think that it maybe AVG that is to blame... perhaps all anti-virus software messes you up somehow. i don't know... I'm strongly considering...
However, no crashes with win2k, throughout a whole buncha work/testing... so we'll see how XP goes with no AV and how windows 2k goes with av. Be back soon. -Gumpan
well... time to say bye to windows 2000... it gave me a measly 7000 in 3dmark... far worse than I am willing to accept. I guess the next step is using WindowsXP with no antivirus programs running. Hmmm. -Gumpan

The problem is related to Windows XP and SP1. I would reccoment whole-heartedly to use Windows 2000 until SP2 is available. or, you can be awesome and run Linux . Anyways, XP has a conflict, I think with the Graphics card... it seems...
