I enabled the P-State Transitions with 8 different steps and watched the CPU load and temps at different loads of my CPU and it is ok now. Thank you for the solution !

I tried it and it works. I don't have the noise anymore but my CPU load get up and still at 100%. My CPU begin to heat and my fans start spinning at full speed ! Someone have a tip for my CPU load problem ?
