Will the onboard sound interfear with my games because i had it disabled (the onboard) now its enabled to play over internal sound... because when i installed my sound card my games stopped skipping now will it start skipping again?

Do i have to have the onboard drivers installed to play on internal speakers because its not working when i check the thing that says "audio playback threw notebook speakers".

17" bigger screen usually more powerfull but more on the heavy side 15.4" can range anywere from low end to middle range but alot lighter
