Well I have a nice 2 thousand dollar brick I can look at in my room. Alienware was not as good as I thought it to be.

Alienware has some bloatwear also. Like there's a few things in the registry that make it when you open any futuremark application it is loaded with alienware ads. I'd go with the Dell because the 700m is really good imo.

Same exact thing happened to me and I just returned the thing and got a Dell. The customer service was just horrible there and way worse than the usual tech support.

That doesn't sound like the normal sound mine makes when I change the volume. It sounds like that sound it makes when the computer is messed up.

I love the macs at my school how there is a button that makes the disc tray open right below the monitor. It looks just like a cup holder. Um don't write on the lcd screen.

I called tech support and spent 6 hours with the crappy service that Alienware has. Now I'm returning the laptop and getting a Dell instead.

My laptop won't turn on. I push the button and the LEDs turn on (the alien head doesn't turn on) and the screen stays blank. I'm going crazy. Any ideas?

the FSB is different also. The m3200 is the newer and better version. I have the regular version and it is excellent.
