I am sitting in front of a 9860 (right) and 9750 (left/front).
Both are encoding similar jobs, 9750 is on 50C permanently, 9860 on 56C permanently. Although 9860s VGA fan is spinning low and quiet, CPU fans are definetely more noisy...
I had BSOD caused by some USB devices, hubs and hard drives. They appear always when starting 3D06 or PC05 in the beginning. I have to remove all USB devices then everything´s fine.
It won´t last long till people will see that Clevo did big BS again with fans and fan automatics again in 9750/D900K. CPU fan/s hang/scratch/stop very very often, nearly every new boot and even while working.....

Sound is not crackling here with headphones, for sure.
Are you sure the scratching is caused from hard drives ? The drives are screwed on gums and there are no moveable parts in this region....

Anyway, nothing worked out - Always on had no effect - etc.
Now I use RightMark CPU-Clock, set 11x2000, 1,35V and voila 2,2Ghz !!!!!

My 4200+ just works with 1Ghz which is half as much as possible.
There is no option in BIOS, deinstalling the AMD driver doesn´t help.

Took out my combo from 9860 and inserted/connected as usual.
Problem: I even can´t turn on Bluetooth with Fn+F12, no orange light, no BT-Hardware to be installed.
What is the reason ? Is my 9750 defect ? In BIOS I couldn´t find any...
