I have this router and it just died on me I have to get it replaced, but that being said when it was working it worked flawlessly. It was a solid router till all the lights went black
as long as you have them note that you have a 7800gtx in it when its shipped to them it should not be an issue at all, people forget order numbers all the time, or get things as gifts. Dell is pretty good about that stuff.
call dell customer support. they lost my rebate, I actually faxed them another copy as requested, they still didn't get it right. when I called again they overrode it and just sent me a check
