360 reliability is none. my 360 has been back to microsoft twice, and i still dont have it back while i sent it in 4 weeks ago. i take care of my console, it never left my desk or moved at all.
got it back yesterday, the paper inside the box said they replaced the motherboard and palmrest. but this time it works! yay!
dell only had my laptop 2 days and they fixed it. i think thats great.
