wish he would list the max temps ive hit as high as 74c on gpu and 71c on CPU willing to go higher.
man im gonna have to show my workstation as messy as it is.
actually it was 700 core that caused the lockout but 667 is golden, nibitor cant seem to read the settings properly so i havnt had luck there and cant seem to find anyone who has
physically its a different card. the 1505 is a much smaller notebook than the 1705 thus it wont fit for various reasons otherwise people who own 1505s would try to force higher end cards from the 1705 down there throats.
top out at 667 gpu core before the drivers would shut you out of a game mem tops out at 1100 before you see artifacting and shader seems to not matter as i can go as high as 1650 causing little to no performance difference i assume...

wouldnt matter if they use industry standard MXM parts if the motherboard doesnt have BIOS support it wont work either way.
Generally my personal experience with asian designed notebooks like the ASUS is that the housing is little more frail but they excel well for the bang for buck when it comes to performance.
sadly the i7 has a power draw of 55w which is why it comes up short on battery life tests all around.
I used to feel that slim notebooks in the power level had a drawback to its performance. It was irrelevant that say an ASUS or a DELL had a powerful videocard because if the cooling system was poor then you will barely be able to use it...
