Glad you mentioned about Kingston....that was high on my list of possibles. When you say your PB didn't like the Kingston, what did you mean? Did you see kernal panics or something?

Kakaze's links are quite good......there are some on the OnMac.net forums who are triple booting. I had OS X, XP Pro, & Fedora Core going on my MBP prior to its' demise.

I agree w/ the two above.....AppleCare is a must.....it has always paid for itself in some way since I started using it.
