Hello there thanks for reading over the post... The Heat... Heat is an issue I have found with almost every laptop. It's just in their nature. It reduces battery life and decreases the life expectancy of most other parts as well....

I thought customer service was gone too, but I talked to some people in alienware's forums here (I have an alienware) and now they are gonna send me a brand new laptop in trade for my old one. You should go over to the sony forums here...
