I don't know if we'll see the 485. Mainly because the 6970 is out and we haven't heard anything from dell about the 485 coming out anytime soon. Plus I'd imagine that it would be a Premium but I suppose it would be good to go along with...

You could always send the dead GPU to Ztronics to fix up for you, I've heard wonderful things about their motherboard repair so I don't doubt they could fix up a GPU, you should try them.

that 3700 should work, but you don't want it. Reason why is because it's a few nano's larger then the other ones, thus it'll run even hotter. You don't wanna run hotter, you want to run cooler.

If it comes back with a ATI 6970 ready, I'll be the first to test out the new Mother Boards and Chipsets, I promise you that, lol.

Hold off on Sandy Bridge for a little bit, Intel is having some issues with it, and their is a slight recall but the to the extent of the recall is unclear. But in any case it's best to wait a little bit for the problems to get ironned...
