Well going to the display options and then advanced, 3d, then setting everything to high quality has solved the problem. So far all of u who tried to help me thank you.

i redid the screen resolution to be set at 1680*1050 and the problem still occurs. I just saw someone in another forum talk about a washout problem. I guess thats the term being used for this issue. K if u find something else or think...
