err u got urself there a winders re-load. Also, try different video drivers. Or, u have a virus. I would jsut re-load windows, it makes life that much easier.

The only time mine has ever made that obnoxious beep, is when the system totally locks up and I try to use the mouse or keyboard. If that happens, I jsut need to do a hard reboot. I've had it happen to me more with MCE when doing Windows...

hehe issues with stanby/hibernation have been resolved with a hotfix that, while not "supported" (cuz its in beta), by MS, has been released by MS. The issus that is at hand, is that our systems have too much ram. Windows...
