i bought an 8600 that was misadvertised as being mint; it arrived with case and palm scratches and a nick on the screen... also was supposed to come with a 100gig HD, sleeve and messenger case that were not included (only a 40 gig)......

plus it says his video mem is 256mb's is that correct? and atti, if the mem freq's are more important, is the 280 u got to all you could get? or could u lower your core clock and bring it up more?

eh, just googled AGP to figure out what it meant, but yeah i would think it is. I have the ATI 9600 pro turbo and i believe this laptop also came with like 2 other cards available

7800 in a 8600 would be key, sorry i don't have any pics of the insides but i'll try and find some
