I wear a watch sometimes but not all the time... I understand what you are saying about sweat but I dont think thats the whole problem. My touchpad buttons are worn through too...but my thumb doesnt exactly expell much sweat... and it...
I have this exact same problem with my 9400...had the same thing with the old 9300...my wifes 630m has the same problem!!! it's a royal pain in the ass....fair enough I can put clear plastic or whatever over it, but I SHOULDNT HAVE...
Yea, thats normal...mine is about the same...and when I flashed modded 1.24V BIOS idle tempsr are around 58 with fans on full speed and AS5.

The link to the Dell Bux fix build isn't working...did anyone manage to download it?
Dell Australia gave me one FREE OF CHARGE, 2 DAYS AFTER I EMAILED THEM..they obviously knew it was an issue...28 posts in 3.5 years on these forums...obviously just a shit stirrer sticking your nose in to cause problems....
In Vista, using any driver version 100.xx will cause nTune to fail. You should use AtiTool...it's what I'm using and it works fine. Just make sure to run it in admin mode. Oh and as said above, you need ot use the unlocked BIOS...
Which version of Vista are you running? As it varies version to version... I think the 15GB I mentioned is the minimum requirement for Vista...it uses about 8GB all up, as shown by SolApathy...
From memory, a clean Vista install takes up around 15GB. Don't do an upgrade if you can help it...we all know how well MS software runs after an OS upgrade compared to a clean install...
