im having the same problem...try installing windows service pack 1

I installed the drivers from the eurocom site, and i hooked my vcr up to the tv tuner via the rf / cable port thingy, and the quality is really blocky, really...really..blocky.. anyone got any idea why its doing this? Thanks

is it possible? if i have a cable that converts the plug from cable to RCA?

beats me, just a way around the system i spose. They said that they can drop the tax if they send it to their location in Florida, then send it back here. Adds an extra 3-4 days, but it beats paying the extra $200

me too! unfortunately I live in Cali, so it has to go to florida first, but I wont complain, cuse its better than paying an extra $200 for tax, pc torque is awesome.
