Unfortunately sager does not have a service agent in the UK. Although they do allow you to send the damaged part instead of the whole laptop to them, and they will return you a replacement. This does mean that you will have to fit it...

Think I got it a themexp.org or one of the sites it links to. There are a good few simple themes out there on thoose site which are fast to use and look a lot better than any of the complex ones I have seen.
