my m1710 came with major scuff marks and scratches and messed up motherboard. Dell came and replaced everything. Now it looks new and works great.
Its been pretty good for me. Item ships, shipping takes one day. Tech calls the next day to schedule.
Dont get 4 gigs of ram from dell its a waste of money. I would also recommend getting a refurbished m90 or a m6300. 1720 just isnt worth it at that price.
Dont forget the tax on each laptop is like $250 dollars, pretty much kills any resale value
