Tech just came and he seemed pretty knowledgeable and a cool guy. I think he forgot to hook up the left lights on the fan but I really dont care. Now to see if replacing the motherboard/graphics card/ ram/ fans will fix my problem.

86 degrees is normal. You really shouldn't start worrying till you start hitting 95 degrees and higher.
Technician is on the way to replace the dvd drive, now my system won't run for more than 10 minutes before locking up and I have to do a hard reset. I really hope your getting more luck with your outlet m1710
