I haven't tried 3DMark05 but my best 3dMark03 score is 4370 - have you tried that?

Glad you like it! Just one question, who manufactured your display? You can get a code by running regedit, and looking under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > ControlSet001 > Enum > DISPLAY Mine's SEC3250, which is a Samsung....

Come to think of it, the 120 C figure was from the ACPI critical temp (126 C) which is where the power to the CPU is cut if it gets dangerously hot. I got this from another useful utility called MobileMeter.
