Did you try Fn F3.....Which is the LCD/CRT toggle. Reason I say that is because when I hook up to a projector I have to hit that in order for the projector to even recv the connection.

Well the whole Aw vs XPS was tested next to each other last night!! 1) Heat!! That AW lappy generates enough heat to warm a city while my XPS was nice and Cool for a time being, still a little warm on my legs after awhile...
