Yeah you have to have it running.. but there are alot of things you can do to reduce background processes... with IE and NHC running I only have 19 processes running...

The undervolt depends alot on which processor you are doing it on I think.. most 2.13's get about 1.1 while some of the 1.73's get as low as .988... I think the higher you start the less you can undervolt.. *which only makes sense...
