Looking to upgrade my memory and saw that newegg is having a sale on their 1g sodimm 667mHz. Could I use it eventhough it only takes 533MHz? I'm presuming it would scale down the speed.
Best way to explain it is the same effect if you want the picture to be sharper. The higher you set it, the grainer the icons or picture gets. But the problem is that I get that effect at the lowest level. I guess it must be the LCD.
Not sure if anyone has experienced this. But I noted that with the highest resolution set with a GeForce 6800 makes things looks a bit grainy. Has anyone experienced this?
