Install the NetBIOS / IPX drivers. Right click network, properties. Right click your wireless connection (most of the time it's Wireless Connection 1 or similar), and install NetBIOS, and IPX.

My guess is that it renews your IP address, similar to typing in ipconfig /renew in the command prompt or clicking "renew ip address" in the connection box when you're on a network.
