Hm, that's interesting.
I would disable the BisonCam, not just uninstall it. On my laptop, it's Fn + F10, check your owners manual to see what disables yours.
Also try different USB ports for the Logitech cam.
I'm not sure if taking off the keyboard would allow you to see under it and see what the problem is, but it might be worth the time to try and do that.
But, before you do that, go into the Device manager and uninstall the keyboard completely, and it will reinstall when you reboot.
You should check out the Sony FE in a 15.4" size . . .
I don't know your budget, but the Fujitsu N6410 is an awesome 17" - Core Duo, beautiful glossy display, excellent build quality, great support, and dual hard drives.
I highly advise against using paper towels. Even the soft ones can be abrasive and scratch your screen.
I recommend getting a microfiber cloth, the only 'good' thing I have found to clean glossy displays.
Paper towels = no no!
Well, that's a bad sign, obviously, especially if nothing else works with it.
Looks like you will have to call Sager and send it in, doesn't appear to be any alternatives. Might as well take advantage of the warranty.
