Shazza is right, why would u need to run at 2. Hhz all the time? For browsing and etc.., my 5700 runs at 800 Mhz, but when it games, it kicks up the performance.

Well if u don't mind spending some money, (or using a warez site), get Kaspersky Suite, it comes with a firewall and the bets antivirus that is updated everyday. For Spywware, anything will do.
