I have done this before but recently I sent my 4780 in for a repair and they switched it back. When Try to flash the bios it boots up from the CD to the bios burning screen but then shutsdown the machine. Did they put in some jumper...
It gets warm I will admitt that but it isn't a problem for me.
I had my 4780 in about 5 business days.
Well looks like they are comming close to releasing there next external power solution. It even makes a point of mentioning the higher power laptops. http://www.valence.com/ncharge2.asp
I didn't think that the 4780 was covered under the dead pixel policy.
I don't have any either.
I just got Ghost to creat an image of my system across the network. Don't know if the image is solid though. I have haven't imaged the machine.
It's working now. Thanks alot. I am making an image we will see how that goes. I'm building it with out compression so it will be big.
I couldn't even get it to boot. It kept telling me that my network adapter wasn't found. Did you have that problem at all? If so how did you get around it?
i found a dos driver but it didn't work with ghost. It was a beta from realtek. Did yours work?
