They do have awful customer service. It's great they're creating jobs in India, but maybe they should limit them to the factory. Telephone service with an Indian is one of my pet hates.

At 14", you won't get great performance. Get a small notebook and a decent desktop. They can't cram enough decent components into a 14" case to be able to run games well.
