I saw a guy a few days ago with a tiny laptop. It was running XP, but the screen was probably about 7". I've search around but I can't seem to find anything below 12". Does anyone know the name of any good, cheap laptops?

For customization, you really couldn't do more than you can with windows. With reshacker, you can change virtually any part of the windows GUI.

Outlook's the best IMO.
