Yah, I got the tracking number off my invoice after requesting said invoice from Dell. Dell's track shipment area says its still in transit to the regional carrier. After checking the actual tracking number its half way to Phoenix...

Another possible reason is that Dell's deal with nVidia is not as good as with ATI meaning that an inferior card is sold at a higher price (7300 vs. x1400).

CPU to Merom Screen Video card, yes if a new card of the same form factor as the ATI x1300/x1400 or nVidia GeForce Go 7300 is released accompanied by a BIOS update.

Doom 3 and BF2...not a chance. CS:S might though. Upgrading RAM to at least a 1 GB wouldn't hurt either.
