Not online, just playing single player. CD Player is fine, as it does this same thing with videos that are playing off the HD. I think I may call Dell (4 months of warranty left).
Yes, latest Intel drivers are running for graphics. Latest dell drivers for everything else.
RA2 can play in XP no problem. TA runs pretty well, but RA2 should have no problems. It runs on my desktop machine which has intel extreme graphics

M140 is not Core Duo (945 chipset), it is the 915 chipset with a Pentium M. Looks like you want to pin mod, do a search, there are lots of threads on this and even a few M140 users on here (or used to be) that have done the mod.
All in One all the way. Total convenience and with the prices of these machines today there is no excuse to not have one. Many universities now charge you to print (All Arizona universities do anyway). Just get the all in one.
I'm guessing it's Intel graphics...if that's the case you can't manually allocate the amount of memory given to the graphics system. It's dynamic, taking as much as is needed up to the maximum of 128 MB.
