Well, last night i managed to make my acer OEM winxp SP2 install cd and made my fast and clean Ferrari sys - backuped (to desktop where all preparation is done) acers i386 dir and 5 OEM files from windows/ (oembios.* and wpa.dbl)....

I followed DarthAcer's instructions (to create acer oem cd) but have no luck. (1) First i made install cd with nlite from retail winxp sp2 cd. Inserted last RyanVM's Windows XP Post-SP2 Update Pack, and few small ones...
