Does anyone know where I can purchase the copper plates at? I've already been to 8 hobby shops, and 6 metal surplus shops. The metal shops either dont have the thickness that I need or have a minimum purchase requirement.

If I dont game at all, will I notice any sort of performance increase by upgrading my e1705 x1400 with an Nvidia card? I mostly do video editing/encoding and dvd movie creation/burning.

So has anyone successfully flashed their 8600 to a D800 yet????
