Thanks, The front panel is off but no boot.

Problem: Sager NP5600P does not boot/no screen. I have observed that when i hit the on buton all three fans on the base run for approx 3 seconds then stop. There are no post beeps, no screen activation, cdrom checks and floppy drive...
