its not that because i had the same problem in xp as in top post. but vista made it better but still does it alittle which im thinking the cpu cant keep up 100%

ya thats to low for that card my dell 9300 with a 7800gtx gets 3300stock and 3500 to 3700 overclocked in 06. did you try diffrent drivers? also what are your temps?

hmm pretty much fixed the problem by takeing xp back off and puting vista back on lol prostreet doesint skip and runs pretty smooth now and guitar hero plays better weird seems like vista beats xp well in my book hehe lol tho i still...
