Patience is crucial. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with the same guy. I don't have a problem waiting if it's going to save me some bucks.

Yeah that makes sense. I imagined people would either go for the cheaper card or the maxed out card.

Well it took some time but the guy on the phone did help me. My refund will be processed in 2-3 days. Reason it took some time is he had to configure the system and compare it to what I paid for. Either way I'm happy AND it won't effect...

Thankfully I'm already in the queue so I won't get burned by the swarm
