Just did a fresh install of XP Media Center on my I6000. Now i'm getting audio/video skipping every 1-2 seconds no matter what media player i'm using. Also see it when watching a video at YouTube. Any help would be appreciated.

I too had the issues with the 3945ABG and Vista. Rolled back to the Vista driver and all is well. I'm not fixing anything that isn't broken.
And where is the card located? Behind the battery? Or do I need to take the lappy apart? Edit: Nevermind. I found the service manual online.
Unfortunately I have Vista w/Intel 3945ABG Wifi card. After the connectivity issues I've had, I found out that its a common driver issue that has no 'real' fix yet. Its pissing me off so much I just want to get rid of this f'n wifi...
Unfortunately you aren't the only one with this problem. Just google "Vista 3945abg" and read up on it. The only successful fix i've heard so far is rolling the driver back to the original microsoft one.
